1. The term "Annulment of registration" was added to section
"TERMS USED IN THE CONTRACT":
2. Item i.4.16. was modified to the following:
4.16. Domain name registration is canceled before the expiry date of
registration in following cases:
(1) upon written request of Domain Administrator;
(2) upon came in force decree which:
- declares administration of the domain by his Administrator as
infringement of rights of the claimant;
- and (or) bans using in a domain name of a designation, rights on
which the claimant owns.
The preference on registration of the canceled domain name has the
part whose rights the court recognized as infringed. For realization this
preference the part should give in Ripn the written application for
registration of the domain name within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the
date of registration annulment.
